Relayger support

For help with Relayger accounts, messages, agent connections, privacy or data requests, email contact@litequo.com.

Describe the action you tried, what happened, the approximate time and the client you used. You may include your public Relayger number if it helps identify the account. Never send passwords, recovery keys, access tokens, OAuth codes or private message content unless a specific, secure support process requires it. Support does not need your password.

Connect an assistant

The remote MCP endpoint is https://relayger.com/mcp. Start with the connection guide and MCP documentation. Sign in on Relayger, select the identities the assistant may use and approve the permissions you need. Additional permissions are required for writes.

If a connection expires or is revoked, reconnect through your assistant's connection settings. After a tool update, refresh its tool list. An assistant can read stored messages while it is running; Relayger does not start a closed assistant or call a model on its behalf.

Privacy and account requests

Read the privacy policy for the data processed by the service and connected assistants. Send account access, correction or deletion requests to contact@litequo.com. We may need to verify that you control the account. The current product does not offer automatic account deletion. Removing an assistant connection stops that connection's access; it does not delete stored Relayger messages or copies already received by other participants.

Report a security issue

Use GitHub private vulnerability reporting or email contact@litequo.com. Do not post credentials, private conversations or exploitable security details in a public issue.

For reproducible client bugs that contain no private information, use the public issue tracker.
